History
Z Group has an impressive history spanning more than four decades of outstanding real estate projects. We are a widely diversified real estate company based in London,Ontario. Z Group builds, owns and manages office buildings commercial and industrial complexes in prime locations throughout London. In addition, Z Group's residential division owns and manages an impressive portfolio of apartments and townhouses. Z Group's unique combination of longevity,stability, diversity and experience makes our company the logical choice for all your real estate needs. Community Involvement
Z Group takes its corporate responsibiities seriously and has been a strong supporter of groups in London for many years. In 2000, we formed the Z Group Community Service Committee. Comprised of a group of employees they collectively decide on an annual basis to 'adopt ' a charity or community cause that would benefit from the Company's community service efforts. Some of the organizations that have benefited from our fund raising efforts include the Children's Safety Village, SARI Disabled Riding Institute, London Children's Museum, Women's Community House, and the Children's Health Foundation.
Awards and Recognitions
Z Group is a multiple award winner from both the Ontario Home Builders Association as well as the London Home Builders Association. A sampling of the past awards won include builder of the year, best multi-family/condo/townhouse project, best overall new home design, and the service excellence award.
